We have an excellent team of mechanics and satisfied regular customers, but we did not know how to attract new ones. I would like to be found by those who are really looking for a high-quality car service, and not just the cheapest change of oil.
A small independent car repair shop turned to increase the flow of new customers, especially in the segment of complex maintenance (not only a quick oil change). The client had an old site and a zero digital funnel.
We proposed to build a lead-generation with a focus on Google Search, Google Maps and local retargeting.
Prototype
In just a couple of weeks, we received a new site, began to show ourselves in Google maps and received the first calls. Clients began to sign up online - we did not dream of this before.
At the prototype stage, we:
- Developed landing pages for maintenance, tire fitting, diagnostics
- Implemented instant booking button (via Calendly + Email/SMS notifications)
- Updated and SEO-optimized the Google Business profile
- Added CTAs like "Same Day Service" and "Free Brake Check"

MVP
We used local search queries and remarketing for visitors to the site and Google Maps. The results appeared in the first week.
For MVP, we deployed:

- Google Display remarketing for car repair service seekers
- Review collection via QR codes in workshop → Yelp + Google
