We saw that we have a cool product - comfortable and environmentally friendly clothes for kids. But the site did not sell, traffic was scanty, and orders went only from friends. We needed a system that stably brings purchases.
A small D2C brand producing organic cotton clothes for children 0-6 years old needed to build an online sales funnel. The client had a Shopify site without analytics, poor product cards, and no advertising strategy.
We proposed a turnkey sales system through digital marketing, UX improvements, and repeat order automation.
Prototype
The team helped us understand how buyers make a decision: from the first look on the photo to the "buy" button. Everything - from cards to letters - is made with understanding the parent audience.
Prototype phase included:
- Site audit and new category structure (by age, season, collection)
- Redesigned product cards: 3-5 photos, videos, "frequently bought together"
- 3 specialized landing pages: newborns, spring collection, eco-positioning

Solution
Performance Max and dynamic remarketing campaigns were the key channels. We segmented the audience in interests (new parents, children's fashion, eco-products) and rely on visual storytelling.
